About the Role

Salary:

No base salary. Uncapped commission linked directly to successful sales conversions.


AIENAI is looking for a self-motivated Sales Executive to drive our growth. This is a "hunter" role designed for a results-oriented professional who excels at identifying, engaging, and closing new business. You will represent our AI-driven design services and the AIENAI Academy to startups, SMEs, and founders.


As an independent contractor, you have the flexibility to manage your own hours and strategy, acting as the primary point of contact for prospective clients and guiding them from initial outreach to deal closure.



Core Responsibilities

While this role mainly revolves around planning, setting, and implementing social media and communication campaigns (in line with business and marketing strategies), we have grouped the scope of your work into the nodes below:


Revenue Generation & Lead Management

  • Full-Cycle Sales: Drive the entire sales process independently, from proactive lead generation and initial outreach to pitching, follow-up, and deal closure

  • Targeted Portfolio Sales: Identify and convert prospects for AIENAI’s design services and the AIENAI Academy portfolio, including:

    • UX Coaching & Mentorship Program (UXCMP)

    • YouXpress

    • Teen UX

    • Student Design Accelerator

  • Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all leads and conversions using Notion or designated sales tools


Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Consultative Pitching: Conduct discovery calls that clearly articulate the value and ROI of our design services and educational programs

  • Strategic Partnerships: Build trusted relationships with founders, startups, and accelerators to drive repeat business and referrals

  • Feedback Loop: Follow up post-conversion to gather success stories and testimonials that support future sales efforts


Brand Representation & Market Intelligence

  • Professional Presence: Act as the primary point of contact for AIENAI, embodying our brand values in webinars, workshops, and networking events

  • Strategic Insight: Share market trends, common objections, and customer feedback with management to help refine our sales strategies



Job requirements


Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or digital sales

  • Industry Context: Experience selling digital services, product design, or tech-led solutions is highly desirable

  • Digital Fluency: Mastery of LinkedIn for prospecting and proficiency with CRM/productivity tools (e.g., Notion, HubSpot)

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to navigate complex negotiations

  • AI Integration: Comfort using AI sales tools to identify and prioritize high-value prospects


How you know you’re doing a good job (Key Performance Indicators) 

  • Sales Volume: Total revenue generated across AIENAI services and Academy programs

  • Conversion Rate: Percentage of qualified leads successfully moved to "Closed-Won" status

  • Pipeline Velocity: Average time taken to move a prospect from initial contact to sign-off

  • Outreach Consistency: Maintaining a high and proactive volume of daily prospecting activity

  • Lead Quality: Percentage of leads that align with our target audience and price points

Education/Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in B2B sales, digital sales, or business development, ideally within the tech, design, or creative industries.

  • Domain Knowledge: Previous experience selling digital services (Product Design, UX, or technology-led solutions) is a significant advantage.

  • Design Familiarity: Comfortable working alongside product design teams or within UX-focused environments.

  • Education: BSc degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, though we value proven sales results and industry experience above all else.
