About the Role
Salary: Competitive
As our Product Manager, you are the architect of the user journey and the pulse of our internal operations. You sit at the vital intersection of business strategy, technology, and human-centric design.
Beyond defining "what" we build, you will own the "how". You will lead our daily rituals, manage our digital workspace in ClickUp, and ensure that every team member has total clarity on their tasks. This is a remote-first role for a highly organised, tech-savvy leader who thrives on turning chaos into streamlined workflows.Â
This role is remote first but you may be required to come into office on occasion as necessary for events or workshops (will not be frequent).
Core Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap:Â Own the product vision for the AIENAI platform and AIENAI Academy. Build realistic roadmaps and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), setting clear timelines that align with our long-term goals
Operational Leadership:Â Lead daily standups and syncs via Zoom. You are responsible for unblocking the team and ensuring everyone is aligned on the day's priorities
Workspace Management (ClickUp):Â Act as the "Master" of our ClickUp environment. You will architect the folders, lists, and tasks, ensuring that every ticket has clear acceptance criteria and is tracked for performance
Design Partnership:Â Work hand-in-hand with the Design team in Figma and Miro to translate complex requirements into intuitive, elegant UI/UX solutions
Documentation & Knowledge:Â Maintain a pristine "Source of Truth" in Notion, ensuring product specs, meeting notes, and SOPs are up to date and accessible
Feedback & Research: Actively collect and analyse user feedback and market trends, turning insights into actionable product improvements
Quality Assurance: Organise usability testing and accessibility audits to ensure our products are inclusive, functional, and a pleasure to use
Stakeholder & Value Management: Act as the bridge between client desires and technical reality. Manage expectations by communicating the value of what is being built, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with the product’s strategic "North Star"
The Tech Stack
To be successful, you must be a power user (or highly proficient) in the following:
Project Management:Â ClickUp (Automations, Dashboards, Sprint Planning & Task Tracking)
Communication: Slack, Google Suite & Zoom
Design & Ideation:Â Figma, Figjam & Miro
Knowledge Base:Â Notion, Dovetail

Stepping up and standing out:Â We rise to the occasion when there's something to be done, and also embrace opportunities to develop ourselves by surmounting challenges
