The Product Manager will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product life cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product & customer requirements. You will also be responsible for helping define the User Experience for AIENAI and coordinate with Designers to implement a best in class User Experience for clients and AIENAI Academy.


The Product Manager sits at the intersection of business, technology, and design while ensuring what is being done to serve the needs of clients makes business sense.


This role is remote first but you may be required to come into office on occasion as necessary for events or workshops (will not be frequent).



CORE RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Define the product strategy and roadmap and create timelines for developing products

  • Learning about users and a product's market

  • Researching competitors and similar products

  • Collecting analysing and responding to user feedback

  • Specifying and overseeing the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers

  • Assess new products to measure their potential value

  • Collaborating with the design team to ensure the feature/product is built according to the specifications

  • Plan new features and changes to products

  • Creating and overseeing development and project management processes

  • Supporting design teams to create intuitive and elegant UI & UX solutions that support the product evolution and business requirements

  • Help define the overall UI/UX strategy, roadmap, and business plan to achieve a best-in-class User Experience

  • Actively prioritise the product backlog and coordinate planning with Designers to drive UI/UX best practices across the AIENAI, including accessibility and usability

  • Work with clients and the team to understand and address usability issues

Knowledge/Skill Requirements

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels

  • Good stakeholder management and emotional intelligence

  • Knowledge of relevant tools such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms

  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role

  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle

  • Able to analyse complex data and look for trends in the market and users' opinions and behaviour

  • Familiarity with web or app development

  • Experience with design tools such as Figma and Photoshop

  • Knowledge of relevant methodologies for understanding and interpreting user behaviour and interactions with technology



Education/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Project Management, Business, or a related field 

  • Proven work experience as Product Manager
