As a Junior UX Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of various UX projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, researchers, developers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality user experiences that meet project objectives and timelines.
This role is remote first but you may be required to come into office on occasion as necessary for events or workshops (will not be frequent).
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of UX projects from conception to completion.
Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines to ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
Collaborate with UX designers and developers to translate project requirements into actionable tasks and deliverables.
Conduct research and gather insights to inform UX strategies and decisions.
Assist in the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualise and communicate design concepts.
Support user testing activities and analyse feedback to iterate and improve UX designs.
Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Assist in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and project management.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
Familiarity with relevant design and collaboration tools such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Sketch, Adobe Creative,, Miro, Figma, Notion, etc.
Strong passion for UX design and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Education/Experience Requirements
BSc degree in project management, or related discipline.
Prior experience in a project management or UX design role is desirable but not required.
